Geoff and Dawn Brown opened ALL-PRO FLOORS in the fall of 2008. Geoff has been in the flooring industry since 1994. They have been married since 1997 and have two children. ALL-PRO FLOORS has given them the opportunity to work as a family in an industry they love.

Phil was recruited to the flooring industry in September 2001, after years of success in sales and sales management. Phil enjoys helping homeowners plan and execute their home decorating projects and celebrating with them as projects are completed. He attended High School in Duncanville and went to college at Middle Tennessee, where he met and married Judy. They returned to Texas and settled in Midlothian to raise a family: Stephen, Courtney, and Katelyn, who are enjoying careers and/or their college years. Phil and Judy enjoy volunteering at FBC Midlothian, and have done so since 1986. They also enjoy traveling, cooking and eating out, and every opportunity to spend time with family and their many great friends.

Get to know one of the bright new faces on our team! Jennifer graduated from high school in Nagoya, Japan, and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology. Her favorite part about the home improvement industry is getting to know customers and helping them achieve their home goals.

Meet Natalie, our new team member from Arlington, TX! She's currently studying sonography at TCC and has a passion for animals -- with 12 rabbits, a dog, and a cat! Natalie loves learning about flooring and enjoys listening to Taylor Swift while doing puzzles in her spare time. Come see her today!

Introducing Zenia, our new Communications Coordinator from Odessa, TX! She's a dedicated mom and passionate about helping customers find their perfect floor. Zenia got her associates degree in Children's Education at TCCD and loves creating lasting memories with her daughters through science experiments. Stop by to meet her today!

Meet Fredy Joya! Fredy is originally from El Salvador and has been married to his wife, Sylvia, for 24 years. Together they've raised three wonderful children; their oldest son is currently the kicker for Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. He bring 24 years of installation experience to your projects. His favorite part of any project is the finish—when the details, craftsmanship, and vision all come together. Fredy loves seeing the satisfaction on a client’s face when their renovation is complete and every detail meets their expectations.

Brett is from Ennis, TX. He and his wife met right here in Arlington while they were both attending UTA. Brett and his wife Brandy enjoy traveling. He takes pride in getting to know each of our client’s goals and guiding them through their projects successfully.
